Job summary

Golden Care Therapy VA is seeking a part-time, in-person BCBA to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with Autism across Virginia. You will develop and implement tailored treatment plans and conduct assessments to set clear goals and strategies for progress.

You will also train families to apply treatment plans consistently, collaborate with a team of therapists and supervisors, and maintain comprehensive records to meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and active.
• Part-time schedule; hours discussed at interview.
• In-person role; must reside in Virginia.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and applied behavior analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with Autism
• Conduct assessments to identify behavioral goals and develop strategies
• Provide training to parents and caregivers for consistent implementation
• Collaborate with therapists and supervisors to deliver ABA therapy
• Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and regulatory compliance
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to new treatment approaches and strategies
