Job summary

Key Autism Services is seeking a BCBA to join a collaborative clinical team across multiple states, offering center-based, in-home, or hybrid schedules with strong mentorship and development opportunities.

You will conduct assessments, develop behavior plans, supervise BTs/RBTs, monitor progress, coach families, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• LABA certification required where state law necessitates.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and reassessments and write progress reports.
• Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data.
• Provide caregiver coaching and parent support.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments when clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.
