Magical Moments in Marietta, GA is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a collaborative, mentorship‑driven team. You’ll conduct behavioral assessments, develop BIPs, supervise RBTs, and partner with families to support child progress.

This full‑time role features small caseloads, generous supervision, ongoing training, relocation assistance, and a competitive salary with signing bonus.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• GA LBA license (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
• Strong foundation in ABA principles and clinical implementation.
• Experience with behavioral assessments and data analysis.
• Skilled communicator with a team-focused mindset.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and clinical documentation standards.
• Passion for helping children and families live their best lives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans (BIPs).
• Oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs (15–20% of their hours).
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on data and progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team consultations.
• Contribute to a positive, solution oriented team culture.
