Job summary

Magical Moments is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality ABA services in a client-centered, collaborative environment. You will manage small caseloads (5-8 clients per week, 25-30 hours) and provide supervision to RBTs, ensuring treatment fidelity and staff development.

On-site work in clients' natural environments and flexible scheduling support work-life balance. Generous benefits and biweekly bonuses accompany a competitive salary range of $80K–$95K

Qualifications

• BCBA certification active and in good standing with BACB.
• IN LBA license or able to obtain within 30 days.
• Strong foundation in ABA principles and clinical implementation.
• Experience with behavioral assessments and data analysis.
• Skilled communicator with a team-focused mindset.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and clinical documentation standards.
• Passion for helping children and families live their best lives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans (BIPs).
• Oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs (15-20% of their hours).
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on data and progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team consultations.
• Contribute to a positive, solution oriented team culture.
