Job summary

Towne U.S. is seeking dedicated BCBAs to join a growing ABA team serving children and young adults with ASD. This home-based role provides in-home, community, and daycare-based services with remote elements possible, requiring clinicians to travel locally.

You will supervise RBTs, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team to ensure program effectiveness and progress.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, or related field.
• Active North Carolina BCBA licensure and BCBA certification.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide ABA services to children and young adults with autism and related needs.
• Design, monitor, and modify treatment programs across communication, language, social, adaptive, and behavioral domains.
• Analyze client progress and update treatment plans to ensure goal attainment.
• Provide supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and training to parents/caregivers.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members; maintain clinical documentation.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.
