Job summary

Carelinks ABA is seeking a dedicated BCBA to lead treatment plans, mentor RBTs, and collaborate with families in home, school, and community settings. The role emphasizes ethical practice, data-driven programming, and a calm, supportive presence for children and families.

You will supervise data collection, adjust programs as needed, and participate in ongoing clinical development while maintaining a flexible schedule and strong communication with caregivers and teams.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently while staying connected to the team.
• Reliable transportation for in-home/community sessions.

Responsibilities

• Complete FBAs and skills assessments.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
• Review data and adjust programming as needed.
• Document session notes, reports, and supervision in CentralReach.
• Provide coaching, modeling, and feedback to RBTs.
• Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and outside providers.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing clinical development.
• Ensure services meet ethical and payer standards.
• Maintain 25 direct billable hours per week (for full-time employment).
