Job summary

Carelinks ABA LLC is growing and seeking BCBA clinicians who genuinely care about meaningful work with kids and families. You will oversee treatment plans, mentor your RBT team, and partner with families to drive practical, human-centered change in homes and community settings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently while staying connected to the team.

Responsibilities

• Complete FBAs and skills assessments.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
• Review data and adjust programming as needed.
• Document session notes, reports, and supervision in CentralReach.
• Provide coaching, modeling, and feedback to RBTs.
• Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and outside providers.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing clinical development.
• Ensure services meet ethical and payer standards.
• Maintain 25 direct billable hours per week (for full-time employment).
