Carelinks ABA is seeking BCBAs (both P/T and F/T) in Santa Fe, Missouri. You'll oversee treatment plans, mentor your RBT team, and provide individualized ABA services centered on the child's needs.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field is necessary.
• Ability to work independently while staying connected to the team.

Responsibilities

• Complete FBAs and skills assessments.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
• Provide coaching, modeling, and feedback to RBTs.
