Job summary

Compassionate Behavioral Guidance is looking for a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team in Freehold, NJ. Qualifications

• Must hold Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• At least 1 year of experience in ABA preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments like VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment data.
• Supervise and train RBTs and behavior technicians.
