Job summary

Headrise AVA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in New Jersey for a part-time role. You will conduct assessments, design ABA plans, and supervise Behavior Technicians while collaborating closely with families and tracking outcomes.

The position offers flexible scheduling (in person/remote/hybrid) and a competitive hourly rate of $75–$100, with a $500 sign-on bonus to welcome new team members.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification with BACB.
• NJ LBA license preferred and may be required soon.
• Experience with children or individuals with autism preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and create individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise and support Behavior Technicians.
• Track progress through data and adjust programs as needed.
• Provide parent training and collaborate with families.
• Maintain documentation and uphold ethical standards.
