Job summary

A leading ABA therapy agency in New Jersey is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide flexible, high-quality treatment. The ideal candidate will hold a BCBA certification and a relevant Master’s degree, with strong skills in documentation and supervision. This position offers competitive compensation of $75–$100/hour, mentorship, and remote flexibility in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and NJ LBA license (or in process).
• Experience in home-based ABA therapy or community settings preferred.
• Organized, reliable, and committed to ethical, family-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments.
• Create and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs / Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and community providers.
• Maintain accurate, insurance-compliant documentation.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment programs based on data.
