The ideal candidate will hold a BCBA certification and a relevant Master’s degree, with strong skills in documentation and supervision. This position offers competitive compensation of $75–$100/hour, mentorship, and remote flexibility in a supportive environment.
Qualifications
Active BCBA certification and NJ LBA license (or in process).
Experience in home-based ABA therapy or community settings preferred.
Organized, reliable, and committed to ethical, family-centered care.
Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments.
Create and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
Supervise and mentor RBTs / Behavior Technicians.
Collaborate with families, schools, and community providers.
Monitor progress and adjust treatment programs based on data.
