Job summary
Alay Home Care in Wayne, NJ is urgently hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with developmental disabilities across New Jersey. We offer $70.00 per hour and a flexible scheduling arrangement.

Qualifications
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
- Active BCBA certification.
- CPR/First Aid certification.
- Minimum 1 year experience with developmental disabilities.
- Minimum 1 year supervised experience in behavioral assessment and plan development.
- Strong knowledge of ABA, FBA, and Positive Behavior Support.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
- Develop and revise Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
- Supervise RBTs and behavioral aides
- Train caregivers and staff
- Monitor data and adjust treatment plans
- Ensure compliance with ABA and DDD standards
