Job summary

ALAY Home Care in New Jersey is urgently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical oversight of ABA services across all NJ counties. The BCBA will supervise RBTs and aides, conduct functional assessments, develop and revise Behavior Intervention Plans, train staff, monitor data and progress, and ensure compliance with ABA standards and DDD guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Valid CPR/First Aid certification.
• Minimum 1 year experience with developmental disabilities.
• Minimum 1 year supervised experience in behavioral assessment and plan development.
• Strong knowledge of ABA, FBA, and Positive Behavior Support.

Pay Rate

• $70.00 per hour

Role Overview

The BCBA provides clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs and behavioral aides, ensuring ethical, data-driven ABA services. Responsibilities include behavioral assessments, treatment planning, staff training, and progress monitoring.
