Job summary

Alay Home Care is urgently hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Wayne, NJ to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with developmental disabilities. The position offers $70 per hour and flexible scheduling.

The role requires conducting FBA, developing BIPs, supervising RBTs, training caregivers, and monitoring data to adjust treatment plans in accordance with ABA and DDD standards.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• Active BCBA certification
• Valid CPR/First Aid certification
• Minimum 1 year experience with developmental disabilities
• Minimum 1 year supervised experience in behavioral assessment and plan development
• Strong knowledge of ABA, FBA, and Positive Behavior Support

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
• Develop and revise Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
• Supervise RBTs and behavioral aides
• Train caregivers and staff
• Monitor data and adjust treatment plans
• Ensure compliance with ABA and DDD standards
