Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification is required.
• CT LBA licensure is required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience with functional assessments and skill-based assessments.
• Experience developing in-center, in-home, in-school ABA programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training.
• Conduct functional and skill-based assessments and adjust goals.
