Job summary

Applied ABC in Georgia is seeking a BCBA to provide individualized ABA services in a hybrid and in-person setting. You will oversee clinical work, supervision of staff, and collaboration with families to drive meaningful outcomes for children.

You’ll work with a dedicated staffing coordinator and case manager, using ATrack for treatment planning and data collection, while maintaining compliance with BACB standards.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Active Georgia LBA license.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Current 8-hour supervision certificate.
• Experience supervising RBTs/BTs and BST.
• Experience creating behavior support and treatment plans.
• Experience administering VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS or similar.
• Experience providing family/caregiver training.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work hybrid and in-person.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active caseload with approximately 120 billable hours per month, including supervision and treatment planning.
• Provide behavior-analytic supervision to ABA therapists, BTs, and RBTs.
• Utilize BST supervision strategies.
• Conduct VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS assessments and related evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment and behavior support plans.
• Provide caregiver training and collaborate with families and schools.
• Monitor data and adjust programming to support progress.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with BACB, payer, HIPAA requirements.
• Remain flexible with evolving company policies.
