Job summary

Applied ABC in Lawrenceville, GA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide data-driven ABA services to children and families in a hybrid, in-person setting. The role requires active BCBA and Georgia LBA, supervision experience, and the ability to travel to service locations as needed.

You’ll manage an active caseload, supervise therapists, develop treatment plans, train caregivers, collect data, and collaborate with schools and a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Georgia LBA
• Master's in ABA, Education, or related field
• Current 8-hour supervision certificate
• Experience supervising RBTs/BTs and BST
• Experience creating behavior support plans and treatment plans
• Experience with VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS
• Experience caregiver training
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Hybrid and in-person work capability

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active caseload with ~120 billable hours per month
• Provide supervision to ABA therapists, BTs, and RBTs
• Use BST in supervision
• Conduct VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS assessments
• Develop individualized treatment and behavior support plans
• Provide caregiver training and collaborate with families and schools
• Monitor data and adjust programming
• Maintain clinical documentation with BACB, payer, HIPAA compliance
• Remain flexible to evolving policies
