Job summary

Magical Moments ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a collaborative, mission-driven team. You will manage 5–8 clients per week with generous supervision time for RBTs, and participate in biweekly bonus opportunities for full-time staff. Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• IN LBA license or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Strong foundation in ABA principles and clinical implementation.
• Experience with behavioral assessments and data analysis.
• Skilled communicator with a team-focused mindset.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and clinical documentation standards.
• Passion for helping children and families live their best lives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans (BIPs).
• Oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs (15–20% of their hours).
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on data and progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team consultations.
• Contribute to a positive, solution oriented team culture.
