Job summary

Perfect Pair ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for Petersburg, VA, with part-time and full-time opportunities. The role supports RBTs, develops data-driven programming, and guides families toward successful outcomes.

Flexible hours and hybrid work from home arrangements are available, along with a strong culture of teamwork and professional development. Must hold an active BCBA credential and state license where applicable, with a degree in ABA or related field.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA credential through the BACB.
• Active state license (LBA) as required by location.
• Master's or Doctorate in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Background check clearance required/preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred before start date.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and supervise RBTs with understanding guidance and compassionate communication.
• Design evidence-based programming hierarchy using client data and ongoing assessments.
• Guide families toward successful programming outcomes with ongoing support.
• Collaborate with other service providers to enhance client experiences beyond Perfect Pair.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and positivity within the team.
