Job summary

Perfect Pair ABA seeks an experienced BCBA to join our clinical and home-based services across Virginia. You will supervise RBTs, design evidence-based programming, and support families to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA credential through the BACB.
• Active state license (LBA) as required by location.
• Master’s or Doctorate in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license for commuting to clients’ homes.

Responsibilities

• Mentor RBTs with supervision and guidance.
• Design evidence-based programming reflecting client data and progress.
• Support families to navigate programming outcomes together.
• Collaborate with other service providers to enhance client experience.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and positivity within the team.
