Job summary

Advanceable ABA in Richmond, VA is seeking a compassionate BCBA to join our team on a part-time basis. You will conduct behavioral assessments, design and supervise ABA programming, and provide supervision to RBTs, with a focus on delivering high-quality services to children with autism and related developmental needs.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Active Virginia LBA or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Minimum 1 year ABA experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Passion for working with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Design, supervise, and monitor ABA programming.
• Provide clinical supervision and support to RBTs and BTs.
• Analyze data and adjust treatment plans based on client progress.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, physicians, and other professionals.
• Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
• Stay current with evidence-based ABA practices and ethical standards.
• Advocate for meaningful outcomes that improve each client's quality of life.
