Springboard ABA in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality, in-home ABA therapy and supervision of RBTs. The role supports families with individualized plans and progress monitoring.

We offer competitive salary ($85,000–$95,000 annually or $80/hour on the hourly track), flexible scheduling, CEU opportunities, part-time option with potential to move to full-time, health insurance, and PTO.

Responsibilities

• Ensure documentation and services meet clinical and compliance standards.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Compensation:

• $85,000 – $95,000 per year (based on experience and caseload)

• Or, choose our hourly-rate track: start at $80/hour for your first 2 clients, then earn an automatic hourly rate increase once you reach 4 clients, with another increase for every additional 2 clients you take on

• Performance-based bonus opportunities
