Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Raleigh, NC. This is a full-time, permanent role designing and supervising ABA programs for individuals with ASD and other behavioral needs, with a focus on quality care and data-driven decision making.

The position offers a guaranteed bonus, a $25K sign-on option, relocation assistance, no weekends, and a capped caseload. Expect competitive salary and strong benefits in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Minimum 3 years of ABA therapy experience.
• Experience with individuals with ASD and other behavioral needs.
• Strong data interpretation and decision-making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with diverse groups.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and design individualized VBPs.
• Provide supervision to RBTs and direct care staff.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans using data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
• Deliver direct therapy services when needed.
• Lead parent training and ongoing family support.
• Maintain accurate client progress records and documentation.
• Adhere to BACB guidelines and continuing professional development.
