Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking exceptional Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team in North Carolina. We offer full-time or part-time BCBA roles with sign-on and relocation bonuses, and a supportive environment that emphasizes growth and work-life balance.

You will conduct intake evaluations, design treatment plans, supervise ABA technicians, and collaborate with families to ensure understanding of results and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Valid BCBA Certificate required.
• Experience working with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
• Vehicle required for travel between assignments; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments.
• Design treatment plans of care.
• Supervise and monitor the progress of behavior technicians.
• Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with goals tailored to the individual.
• Supervise and train ABA technicians; implement and monitor progress of plans.
• Provide family discussions to explain assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Graph data, adjust strategies, and provide routine progress summaries.
