Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA license (or exam upcoming in 3 months; students welcome).
• Demonstrated ABA experience with children with autism.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational and project-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions that change lives of children with autism.
• Share in clients' achievements as they develop positive behaviors and skills.
• Support families to ensure understanding of assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring issues and communicating concerns.
• Share expertise through supervision, training, and orientation of technicians.
• Perform sessions with active physical engagement to work with children from ages 2–15.
