Job summary

Community Autism Services (CAS) is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality, assent-based ABA services in families' homes and communities in the New Bedford area. This role emphasizes mentorship, leadership support, and sustainable growth opportunities within a compassionate, clinician-first environment.

You will conduct assessments, develop plans, supervise staff, and partner with families to achieve meaningful skill development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and BCBA certification required.
• Minimum 2+ years of ABA experience with children with autism.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop data-driven BIPs.
• Provide ABA services in home and community settings.
• Coach and supervise technicians and families to ensure treatment fidelity.
• Collect, monitor, and analyze behavioral data to guide clinical decisions.
• Mentor clinicians pursuing BCBA hours in applicable regions.
