Job summary

Community Autism Services (CAS) is seeking a Home & Community-Based BCBA for part-time work in Merrimack Valley, MA. You will provide behavioral assessment, treatment planning, and clinical supervision in natural environments, partnering closely with families and technicians to support real-world skill development.

The role emphasizes assent-based, child-centered ABA with mentorship, structured leadership, and growth pathways, including supervision and BCBA hours where applicable.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Minimum of 2+ years of ABA experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop data-driven BIPs.
• Utilize developmentally appropriate assessments and tools.
• Provide ABA services in home and community settings.
• Coach and model strategies for caregivers and technicians.
• Supervise RBTs/Technicians and ensure treatment fidelity.
• Deliver caregiver training to promote skill generalization.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and community partners as needed.
