The Treetop ABA is looking for a BCBA to lead clinical care in a collaborative, supportive environment. You’ll focus on delivering high-quality ABA therapy while benefiting from flexible work options and a strong, patient-centered culture.

In this role, you’ll conduct FBAs, develop individualized treatment plans, mentor RBTs, and work with families to achieve meaningful outcomes in North Carolina. Equal opportunity employer and team growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• North Carolina LBA license is required.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality and client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
