Job summary

Key Autism Services is hiring passionate BCBAs across multiple states who value clinical excellence, flexible scheduling, mentorship, and sustainable work-life balance. Qualifications

• Valid BCBA certification required.
• State-specific LABA certification as required by state.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Reliable transportation to service multiple locations if needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and reassessments and write progress reports.
• Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data.
• Provide caregiver coaching and parent support.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments when clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.
