Job summary

Achieve ABA Therapy Group is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality clinical care while our admin team handles scheduling and insurance authorizations. The role offers hybrid work with immediate caseloads in Colorado, and a strong emphasis on work-life balance.

You will conduct assessments, supervise RBTs, train families, and ensure program progress aligns with BACB standards. Candidates must reside in Colorado and hold active BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification through the BACB.
• Minimum of 2 years of BCBA experience.
• Current residence in Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs while maintaining high clinical standards.
• Provide parent training and ongoing support.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed.
• Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with BACB and company standards.
