Job summary

Vibrant ABA is seeking a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality ABA services to children and families across Maryland. This in-person role offers flexible daytime or afternoon options and competitive compensation based on supervision type.

You will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs/BTs, and partner closely with families to support meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Active Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience providing ABA services in home-based settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and ongoing clinical oversight to RBTs/BTs.
• Deliver parent training and caregiver collaboration.
• Ensure clinical quality, documentation accuracy, and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal clinical and operations teams.
