Achieve ABA Therapy Group in Colorado is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver exceptional clinical care while our team handles scheduling, authorizations, and administrative tasks. Applicants must reside in Colorado.

The role offers a hybrid schedule with immediate caseloads and earnings of $80–$90 per hour based on experience. Benefits include PTO, a $500 sign-on, 401(k) non‑matching, health/dental/vision, CEUs, and a $1,000 employee referral bonus.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of BCBA experience.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Current residence in Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs while maintaining high clinical standards.
• Provide parent training and ongoing support.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed.
• Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with BACB and company standards.
