Qualificações

• BCBA-certified and in good standing.
• Experience delivering ABA therapy and supervising RBTs.
• Commitment to assent-based, neurodiversity-affirming practices.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with clients and families.
• Ability to implement data-driven, individualized treatment plans.
• Positive, collaborative spirit and commitment to team success.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality ABA services with individualized treatment plans grounded in assent-based practices.
• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to RBTs and staff.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers through training and ongoing support.
• Conduct assessments and progress monitoring using data to refine programs.
• Contribute to team excellence through meetings and collaboration.
• Partner with clinic leadership on goals and hiring to maintain clinical quality.
