Job summary

Galliant is seeking a BCBA to join its Nebraska clinics, delivering neurodiversity-affirming ABA services and supervising RBTs. You will design individualized treatment plans, monitor progress with data-driven methods, and collaborate with families to empower sustained outcomes.

The role offers flexible scheduling with supervision and telehealth options, 24 paid days off, ongoing clinical development with CEUs, and paths to leadership as the network grows.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing.
• Experience delivering ABA therapy and supervising RBTs.
• Passion for assent-based, neurodiversity-affirming ABA practices.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with clients and families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver High-Quality ABA Services: design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans grounded in assent-based, neurodiversity-affirming practices.
• Provide Clinical Supervision & Mentorship: supervise RBTs and support clinical skills across the team.
• Collaborate with Families & Caregivers: build therapeutic relationships and train caregivers.
• Conduct Assessments & Progress Monitoring: use data-driven approaches to evaluate progress and refine programs.
• Contribute to Team Excellence: participate in biweekly meetings and cross-team collaboration.
• Partner with Leadership: work on clinic-wide goals and uphold clinical quality.
