Job summary

Galliant in the United States is seeking a licensed BCBA to lead client-centered ABA services. You will design, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans grounded in assent-based, neurodiversity-affirming practices, tailoring approaches to each client’s needs.

As a BCBA, you’ll supervise RBTs, mentor colleagues, and collaborate with families to ensure continuity of care. You’ll also participate in biweekly team meetings, help recruit and onboard staff, and uphold high clinical

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing.
• Experience delivering ABA therapy and supervising RBTs.
