Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services across Nebraska in a hybrid role. You will conduct assessments, design treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with families to achieve meaningful progress.

The position offers flexible scheduling, nationwide remote work options with required in-person visits, and professional growth through internal programs and ongoing CEUs. Compensation includes up to $80/hour.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Eligible for Nebraska BCBA licensure or willing to obtain.
• Experience with ABA services for individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.
