Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing.
• Experience delivering ABA therapy and supervising RBTs.
• Strong communication and collaboration with families and clients.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and monitor individualized treatment plans grounded in assent-based practices.
• Supervise RBTs and mentor clinical staff.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to support continuity of care.
• Conduct assessments and progress monitoring using data-driven methods.
• Participate in biweekly team meetings for case consultation.
• Partner with leadership on clinic-wide goals and hiring efforts.
