Galliant in Omaha, NE seeks a BCBA to deliver neurodiversity-affirming ABA and supervise RBTs. You’ll design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans grounded in assent-based practices, working closely with families to support meaningful client outcomes.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification current and in good standing.
• Experience delivering ABA therapy and supervising RBTs.
• Commitment to assent-based, neurodiversity-affirming practices.
• Data-driven, individualized treatment planning and progress monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor individualized ABA plans.
• Supervise RBTs and support clinical skill development.
• Partner with families to train caregivers and ensure continuity of care.
• Conduct assessments and monitor client progress with data-driven methods.
• Contribute to clinic culture through meetings and collaboration.
