Job summary

RightWay ABA, a woman-owned, BCBA-led provider of center-based and in-home ABA therapy for children with autism ages 2 to 18, is seeking a BCBA in New Jersey. You’ll supervise clinicians across Piscataway and nearby communities with hybrid supervision options and flexible after-school and weekend hours.

You’ll assess clients, design data-driven treatment plans, partner with families and schools, coordinate referrals, and mentor RBTs, while maintaining compliant documentation and pursuing growth

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Valid NJ LBA license, or eligibility before start date.
• Strong communication skills and a calm, empathic approach.
• Medicaid and insurance billing familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients and design data-driven treatment plans.
• Partner with families, teachers, and medical providers.
• Coordinate referrals to speech, OT, and mental health providers.
• Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs.
• Keep documentation compliant with insurance and regulatory standards.
