Job summary

RightWay ABA in New Jersey is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid, part-time role serving Piscataway and surrounding Middlesex County communities. You’ll focus on clients and data-driven treatment plans with after-school and weekend hours.

You’ll supervise, train, and mentor RBTs, coordinate with families, teachers, and medical providers, and ensure documentation meets insurance and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• NJ LBA license or eligibility before start date.
• Strong communication skills and a calm, empathic approach.
• Medicaid and insurance billing familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients and design individualized, data-driven treatment plans
• Partner with families, teachers, and medical providers
• Coordinate referrals to speech, OT, and mental health providers
• Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs
