Job summary

RightWay ABA in New Jersey seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid, full-time role serving Jersey City, Hoboken, Bayonne, Union City, and surrounding Hudson County communities.

You will design data-driven treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families, teachers, and medical providers while maintaining compliance with insurance standards. Enjoy a manageable caseload, flexible scheduling, unlimited PTO, and strong clinical support.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Valid NJ LBA license, or eligibility before start date.
• Strong communication skills and a calm, empathic approach.
• Medicaid and insurance billing familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients and design individualized, data-driven treatment plans.
• Partner with families, teachers, and medical providers.
• Coordinate referrals to speech, OT, and mental health providers.
• Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs.
• Keep documentation compliant with insurance and regulatory standards.
