Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in Gaithersburg, MD is seeking a BCBA to join our on-site clinical team. You will develop and supervise ABA interventions for children with autism and collaborate with families.

We offer a competitive salary range ($100,000-$115,000), a retention bonus up to $20,000 for new full-time BCBAs, generous benefits including PTO, health coverage, and a 401K, plus ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA license or eligibility within 3 months.
• Experience applying ABA with children on the autism spectrum.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise ABA interventions for children with autism.
• Help clients achieve positive behaviors and new skills.
• Support families with assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Monitor for concerns and advocate for clients.
• Supervise and train behavioral technicians.
• Maintain safety and pace with children aged 2–15.
