Job summary

Jobot is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the Chesapeake area to design and oversee individualized ABA programs for children with autism. You will conduct standardized assessments, collaborate with families and staff, and drive meaningful progress in each case.

Qualifications

• . Active BCBA certification and a master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, behavior science, or related discipline
• . At least one year of experience designing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism
• . Hands-on experience with assessments including VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA
• . Solid working knowledge of DTT, NATS/NET, and verbal behavior (VB) methodologies
