Job description

BCBA – South Ogden, UT

$48–$60 per Billable Hour Based on Experience | 32+ Hours = Full-Time Benefits | No Weekends

Practice ABA the Way You Believe It Should Be Practiced.

Clinical autonomy. Client assent. Multidisciplinary collaboration. Sustainable caseloads.

At Neurobehavioral Center for Growth (NBCG), we believe excellent ABA starts with respecting the person receiving it.

Our South Ogden BCBAs practice assent-based, person-centered ABA in a collaborative clinical environment where your expertise and professional judgment matter. You'll work alongside psychologists, neuropsychologists, speech-language pathologists, therapists, school psychologists, and other professionals to provide coordinated care.

If you're looking for a BCBA position where you're treated as a clinician—not simply a billable provider, we'd love to meet you.

Why Practice at NBCG?
Practice With Clinical Autonomy—Not Productivity Pressure

We believe clinical decisions should be driven by client needs, data, professional judgment, and collaboration, not simply by maximizing billable hours.

At NBCG:
  • We prioritize client assent, autonomy, dignity, and rapport.
  • We do not use compliance-based pressure as the foundation of treatment.
  • BCBAs guide treatment planning and clinical decision‑making.
  • Caseloads are thoughtfully sized around client hours—not simply client headcount.
  • You have the flexibility to provide individualized treatment rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach.

Work in a Truly Multidisciplinary Environment

ABA doesn't happen in isolation.

Our BCBAs collaborate with:
  • Psychologists and neuropsychologists—including, when applicable, the professionals who diagnosed your client
  • Speech‑language pathologists
  • School psychologists
  • Clinical therapists
  • Medication management professionals

You’ll have opportunities to coordinate care with professionals who bring different perspectives and expertise to the same client and family.

Strong RBT Support

We know that successful BCBA work depends on having well‑prepared RBTs.

NBCG provides thorough training for RBTs so they’re prepared to support clients when they join your cases. You’ll provide ongoing supervision, coaching, and professional development while receiving support from our broader clinical team.

A Sustainable Work Environment

We want you to build a career—not burn out.

  • No weekends required
  • Flexible scheduling
  • Thoughtfully sized caseloads
  • Minimal unnecessary administrative burden
  • Monthly group and cross‑disciplinary trainings
  • Mentorship opportunities
  • Supervision hours available when needed
  • Paid mileage between worksites
  • BCBA community gatherings and dinners
Compensation & Schedule

$48–$60 per billable hour based on experience

We offer both full‑time and part‑time opportunities.

Full-Time:
  • 32+ scheduled hours per week
  • Eligible for our comprehensive full‑time benefits package
Part-Time:
  • 15+ scheduled hours per week
  • Eligible for a part‑time benefits package

Additional benefits include:

  • PTO paid at your billable rate
  • Paid mileage between worksites
  • Flexible scheduling
  • No weekends required

Important: The $48–$60 rate is a billable‑hour rate, not a flat hourly rate for every scheduled hour. Your schedule also includes the clinical, documentation, supervision, collaboration, and other responsibilities required to provide high‑quality care. We’ll clearly explain how the schedule and billable expectations work during the interview process.

Benefits
Health & Wellness
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Three medical plan options
  • Up to 75% employer contribution toward medical coverage
  • HSA‑eligible plan with employer contribution
  • Wellness rewards
  • Short‑term disability insurance
Retirement & Insurance
  • 401(k) with 3% employer match
  • Employer‑paid $25,000 life insurance
  • Employer‑paid professional liability insurance

  • In‑house CE opportunities
  • Monthly cross‑disciplinary training

  • Paid parental leave after eligibility requirements are met

If you’re currently working toward BCBA certification and are looking for an internship or supervision opportunity, we’d also love to hear from you.

  • Value client autonomy and dignity.
  • Want meaningful clinical autonomy.
