Job summary

Easterseals PORT Health is seeking a BCBA to lead behavior support initiatives across homes, schools, and communities in Eastern North Carolina. The role involves supervising staff, conducting assessments, and developing Positive Behavior Support Plans while traveling regionally to EMPOWER sites.

Qualifications

• Licensed Behavioral Analyst in NC is required.
• 1+ years working with children with developmental disabilities and/or autism preferred.
• 1+ years in a supervisory or leadership capacity preferred.
• Strong written/verbal communication, organization, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead behavior support programs fostering family engagement & measurable growth.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments & develop Positive Behavior Support Plans.
• Train and mentor staff, DSPs, and supervisors in ABA best practices.
• Collaborate across service lines to maximize outcomes.
• Deliver in-service training & represent ESPH at professional conferences.
