Job summary

Easterseals PORT Health in Raleigh, NC, seeks a BCBA to lead our EMPOWER program within Home and Community Based Services. This full-time, salaried role offers hybrid work, occasional travel across North Carolina, and the chance to mentor staff and shape client outcomes in homes, schools, and communities.

You will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop Positive Behavior Support Plans, train and supervise DSPs and clinicians, and collaborate across service lines.

Qualifications

• Licensed Behavioral Analyst in NC as a BCBA credential.
• 1+ years working with children with developmental disabilities and/or autism preferred.
• 1+ years in supervisory or leadership capacity preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Lead behavior support programs fostering family engagement and measurable growth.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop Positive Behavior Support Plans.
• Train and mentor staff, DSPs, and supervisors in ABA best practices.
• Collaborate across service lines to maximize outcomes.
• Deliver in-service training and represent ESPH at professional conferences.
