Job summary

Easterseals PORT Health is seeking a BCBA to lead behavioral programs across homes, schools, and communities in Eastern NC. You will shape caseloads, mentor teams, and drive impactful outcomes through evidence-based Positive Behavior Support Plans.

The role requires BCBA certification, NC licensure, and 1+ years of supervisory experience, with regional travel and a flexible M-F schedule. Competitive benefits and professional development are provided.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing and NC licensure.
• 1+ year experience with children with developmental disabilities/autism (preferred).
• 1+ year supervisory or leadership experience (preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead behavior support programs fostering family engagement and measurable growth.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop Positive Behavior Support Plans.
• Train and mentor staff, DSPs, and supervisors in ABA best practices.
• Collaborate across service lines to maximize outcomes.
• Deliver in-service training and represent ESPH at professional conferences.
