Job summary
A reputable nonprofit organization in New Bern is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for their EMPOWER program. Qualifications
- 1+ years working with children with developmental disabilities or autism preferred.
- 1+ years in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance required.
Responsibilities
- Lead behavior support programs fostering family engagement.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop support plans.
- Train and mentor staff in ABA best practices.
