Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy is hiring BCBA professionals to lead in-home, school, and community ABA programs. You will supervise BTs/RBTs, design and review curricula, and drive data-based program improvements while working with families and clinicians.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• LBA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect supervision to BTs/RBTs.
• Design, review, and update ABA curriculum and behavior intervention plans.
• Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Review session notes and clinical reports.
• Provide parent and staff training on an ongoing basis.
• Collaborate with administrative staff to maintain clinical quality.
