Job summary

Alpaca Health in New York is seeking a Provider Education Manager to build CEU courses, certificate programs, conferences, and content that establish Alpaca as the leading education voice in ABA.

You will translate dense clinical topics into engaging content, design programs and learning objectives for BCBA audiences, and coordinate with our events team to deliver high-impact experiences. You will help create bold educational initiatives that ship on schedule.

Qualifications

• Build CEU courses and certificate programs for BCBAs (ACE accreditation may be pursued).
• Translate dense clinical topics into clear, engaging content.
• Plan and manage conferences and learning events.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders and brand teams to ensure accuracy.
• Experience building education programs from zero.

Responsibilities

• Build the curriculum: CEU courses and certificate programs; lead ACE accreditation discussions.
• Own learning at BCBA conferences and events: design program, themes, speakers, objectives.
• Produce thought leadership: whitepapers, talks, guides, a podcast, content; partner with clinical leaders for accuracy.
• Prove it works: track reach and impact on provider trust and engagement.
